Providing F3 style 'beatdowns' on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30 am till 6:15 am. Largely body-weight workouts with the occasional 'coupon' (A weighty item utilized by the PAX as a burden in physical exercise. Most commonly a cinder block.). With a goal of offering more activities as the group grows, i.e.: rucking, cycling, running.
